We are a german producer for rainwater harvesting products. For a new product we are looking for a producer of a blow mould for a new tank with the following outer sizes:
1,4 x 0,6 x 0,8
-Can you produce a mould of this size ?
-Can you also produce the tanks or can you recommend a company for the production ?
-how long is the estimated production time for the mould ?
-Can you give us some roughly calculated price for the mould and for the parts, calculated on 500 tanks per charge at least.
The drawing is only a sample for the requested size. The drawing will be modified to get a construction, which can be produced in blow moulding technology.
